Daily Workout:-

It is a very good schedule for everyone to give at least 15-20 min exercise daily. This may start as a jumping, Surya Namaskar, aerobic and yoga. The moment you start run/jump or any other body movement activity, we see changes in the body within seconds. your heart rate increases. you start burning calories and mind get an immediate boosting mood.
Push yourself to work harder. The more you do workout activity and the longer you do it, more effectively your body uses oxygen. Therefore set up your routine and result will be even better.

Warm Water in the morning:-

Yeah! What I am going to say is start the warm water in the morning.this is the remedy of plenty of diseases. Mostly, we all start our day with a fresh cup of tea/coffee. and most of them prefer to consume bed tea. According to Ayurvedic Medicine, We prefer hot water(able to sip ) instead of warm water. Hot water in the morning said to be natures most powerful home remedy for pain relief such as cramps in the body.
Hence, start the warm water in the morning to get slim and trim and healthy life.

Do Self Help:-

There is a trend to have a maid in at home, am I right?. I think so. I am sharing this based on my personal experience. Do all your home pieces of stuff by itself while listening favorite music. really its a great trick to maintaining our body, our home and the last which is not least i.e. budget as well.

Green Veggies and fresh fruits:-

make a habit to take three-four raw veggies and fruits with the meal it will boost ur digestion and help to get the body in a shape.Spinach can be a healthy option for you to manage weight.

Dance 5 min in a day:-

Everyone likes to dance on the floor for five minutes, do a high volume of music and start dancing with the peak of energy. you will feel the magic of happiness.

Fix up sleeping and wake up time:-

This is one of the most important factors of a healthy mind and body.  This is not as simple as I am saying. A trick may help, we all use morning alarm (for formality ), use sleeping time alarm as well to get the sleep on time. this should be followed by everyone in the family.

Avoid Fast food:-

This may be avoidable for a month at least to feel some changes in the body.it is difficult to foodies but trust me, when you get burned excess fat rapidly, you will not see even the images of fast food.

Drink More Water:-

Drink 10-12 glass of water in a day is a necessary treatment for maintaining our body. Let me give you an example as we go to the beauty parlor, salon, spa to beautify the upper body, what about the inner body guys.so keep an inner body healthy and dring water more n more.

Avoid Deep Fried food:-

Somosa lovers will not at all follow this rule, as it is the requirement of little hunger in the office or somewhere outside.this may be followed to chose any steamed food option like idli and dhokla. Carrot juice can be healthy option in this case.

Maintain much distance to negative thoughts:-

The last and noneating tactics to get a healthy mind and body.try to convert all negative thoughts into positive.
